Magination Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for enrolling in Magination, operated by Gold Falcon Entertainment and Events LLC. We are committed to delivering premium-quality magic education and products. Please review our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

By purchasing from www.Magination.com, you agree to the following terms.


1. Digital Products & Courses – Refund Eligibility

All courses, programs, and digital content purchases are eligible for a 100% refund only under the following conditions:

  • You must submit a short video (up to 2 minutes) clearly explaining why you are requesting a refund.

  • The video must be sent within 72 hours (3 days) of your original purchase.

  • Videos can be submitted by:

  • Your refund request will be reviewed within 3–5 business days. If it meets the outlined criteria, a full refund will be issued via your original payment method.

Refund requests submitted after 72 hours of purchase will not be accepted.


2. Physical Goods – Returns & Refunds

When we begin offering physical products (such as merchandise or magic props), the following standard return policy will apply:

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.

  • Approved refunds will be issued via your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (original or return) are generally non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Please note that customized or personalized products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.


3. Subscriptions & Memberships

For recurring subscriptions:

  • You may cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid further charges.

  • Refunds for past or current billing periods are not available unless you submit a valid video-based refund request within the initial 72-hour window following your first payment.

Subscriptions are managed through Kajabi, with payments processed via Stripe or PayPal.


4. How to Submit a Refund Request

To request a refund for digital products:

  1. Record a short video (maximum 2 minutes) clearly explaining why you are unsatisfied and requesting a refund.

5. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you’ve been charged in error or have made a duplicate purchase, please email us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with our payment processors' policies.
